用薄层扫描法测定生血素口服液中黄芪甲甙含量。以氯仿—甲醇—水(65:35:10)的下层溶液展开,10%硫酸乙醇溶液显色、λ_5=530nm、外标两点法定量,结果平均回收率为97.2%、CV=0.93%,该法简单可行。
TLC scanning was used to determine the content of Astragaloside in oral solution of hematogenin. The chloroform solution was developed with a chloroform-methanol-water (65:35:10) lower solution. The color was developed with 10% sulfuric acid in ethanol, λ_5 = 530 nm, and quantified by external standard two-point method. The average recovery was 97.2% and CV was 0.93%. The law is simple and feasible.
