中国储气库建设陷入了一对矛盾之中,一方面天然气市场的扩大急需兴建储气库,但天然气市场化改革之慢又限制着储气库的建设。位于准噶尔盆地南缘的呼图壁素有“西出隘口,东进咽喉”之称,是古丝绸路新北道上的重要驿站,也是现在连接北疆各地的交通枢纽。但是从2013年起,呼图壁又有了新的重要使命。随着呼图壁储气库的建成并开始注气,这里将成为西气东输二线上第一个也是最重要的一个大型储气库。
China’s gas storage construction is caught in a contradiction. On the one hand, the expansion of the natural gas market urgently requires the construction of a gas storage bank. However, the slow reform of natural gas market limits the construction of gas storage. Hutubin, located in the southern margin of Junggar Basin, is known as the “West Outlet, Throat Into East” and is an important post on the New North Road of the ancient Silk Road. It is also the transportation hub that now connects all parts of northern Xinjiang. But since 2013, Hutubi has a new important mission. With the completion of the Hutubi Gas Storage and the commencement of gas injection, it will become the first and most important large gas storage reservoir on the Second West-East Gas Pipeline.
