作者报道了7例大面积脑梗塞~(23)Na MRI表现,并与CT和~1H MRI比较。男2例,女5例,年龄56~81岁。栓塞动脉均经血管造影证实。3例首次~(23)Na MRI在卒中后4~13小时,4例在卒中后47~82小时,几乎同时行CT和~1H MRI检查。MRI使用超导1.5T MR机,行SE序列和梯度回波序列成象,~1H MRI包括T_1WI、T_2WI和PDWI,成象矩阵256×256,层厚5mm。~(23)NaMRI为SE序列(TR/TE100ms/13ms),成象矩阵64×64,层厚20mm。CT层厚10mm连续扫描。1例右颈内动脉(ICA)梗塞,4小时CT、~1H MRI和~(23)Na MRI
The authors reported ~ (23) Na MRI manifestations of seven cases of large area cerebral infarction, compared with CT and 1H MRI. 2 males and 5 females, aged 56 to 81 years old. Embolization of the artery were confirmed by angiography. Three cases of ~ (23) Na MRI at 4 ~ 13 hours after stroke, 4 cases at 47 ~ 82 hours after stroke, almost simultaneous CT and ~ 1H MRI examination. MRIs were imaged using a SE sequence and a gradient echo sequence using a superconducting 1.5T MR machine. 1H MRI consisted of T_1WI, T_2WI and PDWI with an imaging matrix of 256 × 256 and a layer thickness of 5mm. ~ (23) NaMRI is SE sequence (TR / TE100ms / 13ms), imaging matrix 64 × 64, layer thickness 20mm. CT layer thickness of 10mm continuous scan. 1 case of infarction of the right internal carotid artery (ICA), 4 hours CT, ~ 1H MRI and ~ (23) Na MRI
