企业人力资源管理协同审计是企业精益管理的关键问题。本文通过回顾管理协同与人力资源管理协同的既往研究,提出了以组织能力培育为目标的企业人力资源管理协同审计理论框架,阐述了人力资源管理协同审计应包括的内容及相应的审计策略。
Enterprise human resources management collaborative audit is the key issue of enterprise lean management. By reviewing previous studies on synergy management and human resource management, this paper proposes a theoretical framework for human resource management collaborative audit aimed at cultivating organizational capabilities, and elaborates on what should be included in human resources management collaborative audit and corresponding audit strategies.
