“热带海洋大学”的建设背景是在国家提出海洋强国战略的基础上形成的,是学校自身改革创新的有益尝试,也是海南省高等教育转型发展的生动缩影,更是增强教育服务地方经济社会发展能力的探索实践,对于服务我国海洋强国战略、培养热带海洋人才具有十分重要的意义。文章对“热带海洋大学”建设背景下的环境设计专业发展策略展开探究。
The background of the construction of “Tropical Ocean University” is formed on the basis of the country’s strategy of making the country prosperous by sea.
