期货市场是规则导向型的市场。本文从境外成熟期货市场立法、监管和发展的实践出发,研究了其中一些共同的特点和经验,进而研究了我国期货市场二十多年来发展取得的成就及法制建设和监管发展变化的情况,最后提出了我国期货市场立法、监管转型和市场发展的一些建议。
The futures market is a rules-oriented market. Based on the practice of the legislation, supervision and development of overseas mature futures market, this paper studies some of the common features and experiences, and then studies the achievements made in the development of the futures market in our country over the past 20 years as well as the changes in the legal system construction and supervision, Finally, some suggestions on legislation, regulatory transition and market development in China’s futures market are put forward.
