一天,在幼儿园户外活动时间,某班大部分幼儿在玩大型玩具或游戏,只有两三个孩子在不断地练习拍球,李老师在一旁给予指导。一个送孩子入园的家长看到此景,责问李老师:“为什么要让我们家孩子单独练习枯燥的拍球?为什么要剥夺我们孩子玩游戏的权利?我们孩子为什么要受到不公的待遇?”李老师耐心地解释道:“这是我们冬锻的指标,孩子动作、体能落后于其他孩子当然要加强练习才行,每个孩子能力发展总是有差异的,不可能一视同仁。鼓励其他达标孩子去玩大型玩具对没达标孩子也是一种激励呀。”但家长坚持认为,孩子受到了不公待遇。您是如何看待以上这一冲突的?如果您是这位教师将做何处理?
