作者合成9个乙撑二甲磺酸酯类化合物并进行了抗人绒毛膜促性腺索(hCG)试验,探讨其构效关系。实验证明相邻两个甲磺酸酯并非抗hCG的必要条件。增长碳链或增加一个甲磺酯基反而失去活性,而单酯类卤化物的活性颇强。
The authors synthesized nine ethylene dimethanesulfonate compounds and conducted anti-human chorionic gonadal (hCG) test to explore the structure-activity relationship. Experiments show that two adjacent mesylate is not necessary for anti-hCG. The increase of the carbon chain or the addition of a mesylate results in loss of activity, whereas monoester halides are quite active.
