我国不断出现的电荒是我国能源供应紧张的真实反映,如何有效地解决居民生活用电与社会发展用电是当前摆在政府面前的一道难题,开源与节流是不二的选择。我国虽然煤炭资源丰富,但火力发电对气候及环境的破坏太大,我们要不断地开发其他的发电方式,以逐步替代火电。《可再生能源法》中提及的风能、太阳能是一种清洁的、可循环利用的能源,是良好的替代能源,能够满足未来发展的需要。
The constant shortage of electricity in our country is a real reflection of the tight supply of energy in our country. How to effectively solve the problem of residential electricity consumption and social development is a difficult problem currently facing the government. Open source and expenditure reduction are the best choices. Although our country is rich in coal resources, the destruction of the climate and the environment caused by thermal power generation is too great. We must continuously develop other power generation methods to gradually replace thermal power. As mentioned in the Renewable Energy Law, solar energy is a clean and recyclable energy source, a good alternative energy source that can meet the needs of future development.
