简要介绍了钢材的应变时效行为,重点介绍了3种高强度管线管的应变时效的力学试验,以及应变时效对3种高强度管线钢力学性能和韧性的影响,并对试验结果进行了讨论。指出,应变时效导致的任何抗断裂能力的变化都可能对断裂控制设计造成影响,尤其是在考虑钢管服役过程中可能经历塑性变形的情况下。
The strain aging behavior of steel is briefly introduced. The mechanical tests of strain aging of three kinds of high strength pipelines and the effects of strain aging on the mechanical properties and toughness of the three kinds of high strength pipeline steel are introduced. The test results are also discussed. States that any change in resistance to rupture caused by strain aging may have an effect on the design of the fracture control, especially given that plastic deformation may be experienced during service of the steel pipe.
