目的加强医院环境监测,预防和控制医院感染的发生。方法对妇幼保健院2007-2009年各重点部门的空气、物体表面、医务人员手、使用中消毒液、压力蒸汽灭菌质量、紫外线进行监测。结果 3年共采样1488份,合格1358份,平均总合格率为91.3%。2007-2009年合格率依次为87.8%、90.8%和93.9%;空气、物体表面、医务人员手、压力蒸汽灭菌器、使用中消毒剂、紫外线灯强度合格率分别为94.6%、79.2%、64.0%、100.0%、94.3%和95.3%。结论妇幼保健院消毒质量呈逐年上升趋势,但总体合格率不高,尤其是物体表面和医务人员手合格率较低,应加强医院环境监测,及时发现医院感染隐患,降低医院感染的发生。
Objective To strengthen hospital environmental monitoring and prevent and control hospital infection. Methods The air, the surface of the objects, the hands of medical workers, the disinfectant in use, the quality of sterilization by pressure steam and the ultraviolet light were monitored in the MCHF from 2007 to 2009. Results A total of 1488 samples were obtained in 3 years, 1358 were qualified, with an average total passing rate of 91.3%. From 2007 to 2009, the passing rates were 87.8%, 90.8% and 93.9% respectively. The passing rate of air, surface of objects, medical staff, pressure steam sterilizer, disinfectant in use and ultraviolet lamp were 94.6%, 79.2% 64.0%, 100.0%, 94.3% and 95.3%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection of MCH has been increasing year by year, but the overall pass rate is not high, especially the pass rate of the surface of the object and the medical staff is low. Monitoring of the hospital environment should be strengthened to promptly identify hidden dangers of hospital infection and reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
