氟化钠-氯化亚锡钼蓝法测定钢铁及有色金属中磷已被普遍采用。然而对高硅材料中磷的测定目前尚没有很好的解决,主要是大量硅干扰磷的测定,使测定结果偏高。目前,多采用在铂皿中用氢氟酸除硅,然后用容量法或比色法测定磷,这些方法的除硅手续麻烦,分析速度慢。本工作于塑料杯中以浓硝酸、氢氟酸在常温下溶解试样,使硅生成络合物,再以硼酸络合剩余的氟离子,并在酒石酸钾钠共存下,用氟化钠-氯化亚锡钼蓝法测定磷,可以完全消除大量硅的干扰。
