20世纪90年代以来,国内图书馆界对图书馆核心能力的研究和理解主要有三大主流观点:①从社会制度角度理解图书馆的核心能力,认为图书馆的核心能力在于它是保障知识自由的一种社会制度;②从系统角度理解图书馆的核心能力,认为图书馆的核心能力是技术、技能、管理、经营、组织和文化的有机整合;③从服务角度理解图书馆的核心能力,认为知识服务是图书馆的核心能力。针对上述三大主流观点进行论述,并提出对图书馆核心能力认识及其研究的几点思考。

In view of the above three mainstream views, and puts forward some thoughts about the core competence of the library and its research.
