新中国建立60年,特别是改革开放30多年来,中国的纺织工业发生了巨变。东部沿海地区民营经济迅猛发展,原有纺织老工业基地亟待解决历史遗留的种种难题。
In the 60 years since the founding of New China, especially in the more than 30 years since the reform and opening up, the textile industry in China has undergone tremendous changes. The private economy in the eastern coastal areas has been developing rapidly. The original textile industrial bases urgently needed to solve the problems left over by history.
