设计一种对辊破碎机的子母弹簧过载保护装置,解决了普通单个弹簧的回弹不足和使用寿命偏短的问题。根据对辊破碎机的工作条件,计算求得破碎力与弹簧力,并结合子母弹簧的几何特征,采用SolidWorks Simulation对子母弹簧进行有限元分析,得到了一些有益的子母弹簧装配体的仿真分析结果。
The design of a spring-loaded overload protection device for the roller crusher solves the problem of short springback and short service life of an ordinary single spring.
