恶性淋巴瘤已为可治愈的疾病,但仍有部分病例对常规治疗反应不佳。增大放、化疗剂量或可提高疗效,但又可致骨髓造血功能衰竭。因此国内外已广泛利用自体骨髓移植(ABMT)来保证放、化疗剂量的提高。ABMT有两种,一为冷藏(4℃保存)骨髓应用,一为冻存(多为-196℃液氮中)骨髓应用。前者简便易行,但保存时间只有48~72小时,不易适时安排合理充分的放、化疗,影响了疗效的提高。我们在冷藏骨髓应用与骨髓冻存研究的基础上,开展了冻存ABMTT作。谨将3例晚期淋巴瘤患者的应用情况初步小结于下。 材料 3例均系病理学检查确诊的恶性淋巴瘤Ⅲ至Ⅳ期病例,见表1。

We conducted cryopreservation of ABMTT on the basis of a review of cryogenic bone marrow applications and bone marrow cryopreservation. Would like to three cases of patients with advanced lymphoma preliminary summary of the situation below. Materials 3 cases were confirmed by pathological examination of malignant lymphoma Ⅲ to Ⅳ cases, see Table 1.
