辨风看向:全国政协委员、中国石化董事长傅成玉在参加两会小组讨论时表示,目前中国的炼油能力已经过剩,马上全面过剩,警告称“今天的钢铁就是明天的炼油”。他建议,现在一方面要淘汰落后产能,另一方面要防止新过剩产能,在监管、产业标准、生产力布局等方面做好预备工作。
In view of the wind, Fu Chengyu, member of the CPPCC National Committee and Chairman of Sinopec Corp., said in a panel discussion held by the two organizations that at present China’s oil refining capacity is overcapitalized and is in full surpluses. He warned that “today’s steel is tomorrow’s oil refining.” He suggested that it is necessary to eliminate backward production capacity on the one hand and prevent overcapacity on the other, so as to make preparations for regulation, industrial standards and productivity layout.
