目的了解女大学生对环境内分泌干扰物(EEDs)产生的健康危害知识的知晓情况及存在的误区,并提供相应的解决方案以提高健康意识。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取昆明医科大学公共卫生学院在校女大学生进行现场自填式问卷调查。结果 630名在校女大学生对EEDs产生的健康危害知识的总体知晓率为52.98%,对甲醛对女性健康的影响、对指甲油危害成分、瘦肉精的危害、女性吸烟的危害和化妆品添加剂知识方面的知晓率分别为25.40%、54.44%、60.79%、62.06%、62.22%。大一女生对化妆品添加剂知识、指甲油危害成分认识、瘦肉精危害认识的回答正确率低于大五女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);医学、理学和管理学专业的女生在女性吸烟危害认识、甲醛对女性健康影响及化妆品添加剂知识回答正确率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且医学专业的女生对EEDs产生的健康危害知识回答正确率高于理学及管理学专业的女生。结论在校女大学生对EEDs与女性健康的知识缺乏,对EEDs产生的健康危害意识较低,高校应加强女大学生相关知识的教育。
Objective To understand the female college students’ awareness of the health hazards caused by environmental endocrine disruptors (EEDs) and their existing errors, and to provide corresponding solutions to improve their health awareness. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select female college students from the School of Public Health, Kunming Medical University to conduct on-site self-contained questionnaires.
