中国最大的手游开发公司第一视频集团(简称“第一视频”)旗下中国手游娱乐集团(简称“中国手游”)9月25日在美国纳斯达克交易所正式上市,股票代码为“CMGE”。此次中国手游是经美国证监会严格审批通过后取得上市资格,但是以不涉及任何融资的“介绍上市”的形式在美国纳斯达克交易所上市。有关此次上市的具体安排是,第一视频(2006年在香港主板上市,股票代码0082)以美国预托股份透过在纳斯达克独立上市形式分拆中国
