目的:观察鸦胆子油乳口服液对晚期癌症患者生存质量的作用。方法:58例晚期癌症患者均给予鸦胆子油乳口服液口服,20 mL/次×3次/日,30天为1疗程,连用3个疗程。观察治疗前后疼痛及KPS变化情况、体重变化及不良反应。结果:治疗后疼痛缓解率为75.86%(44/58),KPS评分提高(P<0.05),体重增加率43.10%(25/58),无明显的不良反应。结论:鸦胆子油乳口服液可提高晚期癌症患者的生存质量。
Objective: To observe the effect of Brucea Javanicae Oral Liquid on the quality of life of advanced cancer patients. Methods: 58 cases of advanced cancer patients were given javanica oil emulsion orally, 20 mL / times × 3 times / day, 30 days for a course of treatment, once every 3 courses. Before and after treatment to observe changes in pain and KPS, weight changes and adverse reactions. Results: After treatment, the pain relief rate was 75.86% (44/58), the KPS score was increased (P <0.05) and the weight gain rate was 43.10% (25/58). There was no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion: Brucea javanica oil oral liquid can improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer.
