新时期,国家对水利工作者提出了更新、更高的要求。加强水利人才队伍建设,提高水利队伍整体素质是建设现代水利和可持续发展水利的技术支撑和人才保障。搞好水利职工培训是各级水利职工培训学校的本质工作。本文通过对周口市水利职工学校存在的问题和面临的机遇进行分析,提出了解决问题、抓住机遇、推动发展学校的构想。
In the new period, the state put forward newer and higher requirements to water conservancy workers. To strengthen the building of water conservancy personnel team and improve the overall quality of water conservancy teams is the technical support and talent guarantee for building modern water conservancy and sustainable development of water conservancy. Improving water conservancy staff training is the essential work of water conservancy staff training schools at all levels. Based on the analysis of the problems and the opportunities in Zhoukou Water Conservancy Workers and Staff School, this paper puts forward the conception of solving problems, seizing the opportunities and promoting the development of schools.
