多胎妊娠以双胎最为常见,八胎妊娠极为罕见。我院用B 型超声诊断一例多胎妊娠,流产后证实为八胎妊娠。现报道如下。患者26岁,妊娠26周,阴道流血5小时于1987年12月25日急诊入院。该患1985年结婚,1987年4月因不孕来我院就诊,经用妇炎康,女宝、黄体酮、克罗米酚等药物治疗后怀孕。妇科检查:宫底剑下1cm,宫高30cm,腹围90cm,胎心、胎位不清。内诊:宫颈光滑,宫口未开,有少量血性分泌物。B 型超声检查:宫内可见六个胎头、胎体,均有胎心搏动。胎头双顶径4.1cm～4.5cm,肢体较多,羊水深度7.0cm,在羊水中可见纤细的增强光带呈分隔状。子宫前后壁均有胎盘附着。超声提示:多胎妊娠。于1987年12月27日自然流产证实为八胎妊娠。其中之一为早期妊娠死胎,尚不能辩认性别,另7胎4男3女,共重2560克,每个胎儿均有一胎盘。
Multiple births are most common in twins, and eight pregnancies are extremely rare. A hospital with B ultrasound diagnosis of multiple pregnancy, abortion confirmed as eight pregnancy. Report as follows now. The patient was 26 years old, 26 weeks of gestation and 5 hours of vaginal bleeding was admitted to the emergency department on December 25, 1987. The suffering from marriage in 1985, 1987 April due to infertility to our hospital, after treatment with Fu Yan Kang, female treasure, progesterone, clomiphene and other drugs after pregnancy. Gynecological examination: 1cm under the palace sword, Palace high 30cm, abdominal circumference 90cm, fetal heart rate, fetal position is unclear. Internal consultation: Cervical smooth, cervix is not open, a small amount of bloody discharge. B-mode ultrasound: intrauterine visible six fetal head, carcass, have fetal heart rate. Fetal head biparietal diameter 4.1cm ~ 4.5cm, more limbs, amniotic fluid depth 7.0cm, visible in the amniotic fluid slender light strip was separated. Uterine wall have placenta attached. Ultrasound Tip: Multiple pregnancy. On December 27, 1987, spontaneous abortion confirmed eight pregnancies. One of them is stillbirth in early pregnancy, yet can not identify the gender. The other 7 fetuses, 4 males and 3 females, weigh 2560 grams in total. Each fetus has a placenta.
