目的:比较根管显微镜下离体上颌第一磨牙近中颊根第二根管(MB2)的发现率与实际发生率的差异,为推广根管显微镜的临床应用提供依据。方法:离体上颌第一磨牙90个,分为两组,A组45个牙,采用改良开髓口,根管显微镜下探查寻找MB2并记录其发现率;B组45个牙,制成透明标本,观察近颊根的解剖形态,记录MB2的发生率,并与根管显微镜下MB2发现率相比较。结果:根管显微镜下A组MB2的发现率82.22%,透明牙标本B组显示的MB2发生率86.66%,二者之间不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:使用根管显微镜,MB2的发现率接近于其实际发生率。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the difference between the detection rate and the actual incidence rate of the second mesiobuccal root canal (MB2) in root canal of the maxillary first molar under root canal microscope and to provide evidence for the clinical application of root canal microscopy. Methods: Ninety isolated maxillary first molars were divided into two groups, group A with 45 teeth. The opening of the mouth was examined with open implants. The MB2 was probed by root canal microscope and the detection rate was recorded. Group B 45 teeth were made transparent Specimens were taken and the anatomy of the buccal root was observed. The incidence of MB2 was recorded and compared with the findings of MB2 under the root canal microscope. Results: The detection rate of MB2 in group A was 82.22% under root canal microscope and 86.66% in group B of transparent tooth specimens, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Using root canal microscope, the detection rate of MB2 is close to its actual incidence.
