文章运用专家访谈法和问卷调查法,对卡巴迪运动在我国学校体育中开展的可行性进行分析与讨论。研究表明:学校体育中具有开展卡巴迪运动的学生心理基础和有利条件,大多数体育教师认为这项运动规则简单,没有很大的技术难度,且无需昂贵的器材场地,趣味性强,符合学生的体育兴趣,适合在学校体育中开展。在我国体育教学改革的大背景下,满足学生对体育运动时尚性和新奇性的需要,在学校体育中推广卡巴迪运动是非常有意义和可行的。相信不久的将来,来自南亚的卡巴迪与中国传统的“老鹰捉小鸡”结合,一项饶有趣味的体育活动会在中国落地生根。
The article analyzes and discusses the feasibility of carrying out Kabaddy exercises in our school physical education by using the method of expert interview and questionnaire. The research shows that: Physical education in school has the psychological basis and favorable conditions for the students in Kabardi. Most PE teachers consider the rules of the sport as simple, not very technical and without expensive equipment, which is interesting and suitable for students Sports interest, suitable for school sports. Under the background of PE reform in our country, it is very significant and feasible to meet the needs of students for the fashion and novelty of sports and to promote Kabaddi in school sports. I believe in the near future, Kabaddi from South Asia and the traditional Chinese “Eagle Catching Chicken” combined, a fun sporting event will take root in China.
