本文介绍了把电荷耦合器件OCD用于锯材尺寸自动测量这一新技术。介绍了OCD摄象原理及测量系统的组成。本文着重分析了作者研制的一种新颖、简单、高适应性的OCD信号处理电路,采用此电路大大地提高了测量系统的精度,并已经过了现场运行验证。
This article describes the new technology that uses a charge-coupled device OCD for automatic measurement of sawn timber dimensions. The principle of OCD camera and the composition of measuring system are introduced. This article focuses on a novel, simple, highly adaptable OCD signal processing circuit developed by the author. This circuit greatly improves the accuracy of the measurement system and has been validated in the field.
