In the 1970s, American scholar Nichel Bork found that in the oligopoly market, international direct investment (FDI) is determined by the behavior of competitors and their interactions with each other when they study the FDI of American enterprises. This theory can still well explain today’s multinational auto giant GM, Toyota seize the “dragon and tiger bucket” on the Chinese market.
