足球是体育之王,但中国足球的不景气一直是中国体育界的“心病”。这景象,与中国的国有企业在中国经济中的现状倒有些相似。作为国家经济支柱的国有企业,如今面对市场经济的冲击,也是举步维艰。可是,自从足球成为中国体育体制改革的突破口,仅仅两年时间,情况就发生了巨大的变化:昔日冷清的中国足球联赛和足球市场异常地火爆起来,成为1995年最红的体育项目,优秀的足球运动员成了广大球迷的明星与偶像。为什么中国足球联赛会发生如此大的变化?这种变化对于中国国有企业改革有何启示?笔者试作出以下
Football is the king of sports, but the downturn in Chinese football has always been the “heart disease” of Chinese sports. This picture is somewhat similar to the state of the Chinese state-owned enterprises in the Chinese economy. State-owned enterprises, which are the mainstay of the national economy, are now struggling with the impact of the market economy. However, since football became a breakthrough in the reform of China’s sports system, the situation has undergone tremendous changes in just two years: The formerly deserted Chinese football league and football market have been unusually hot and become the reddest sports events in 1995. Football players have become the stars and idols of fans. Why does the Chinese Football League have such a big change? What kind of change does this experience have to China’s state-owned enterprise reform?
