以１Ｃｒ１８Ｎｉ９Ｔｉ不锈钢为参考，在Ｇｌｅｅｂｌｅ１５００热模拟试验机上对５Ｃｒ２１Ｍｎ９Ｎｉ４Ｎ（２１－４Ｎ）阀门钢的热轧变形抗力进行了研究，得到了它们的变形抗力曲线。分析了各典型变形抗力模型的预报精度。用合理的模型结构形式回归了两钢种的热轧变形抗力模型。
Taking 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel as a reference, hot deformation resistance of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N (21-4N) valve steel was studied on Gleeble1500 thermal simulation tester, and their deformation resistance curves were obtained. The prediction accuracy of each typical deformation resistance model is analyzed. The model of hot rolling deformation resistance of two kinds of steels is regressed with a reasonable model structure.
