袁宝华,我国著名的企业管理学家、教育家,中国职协名誉会长。新中国成立后,他一直担任国家工业主管部门和国民经济综合部门的领导工作,经历和见证了建国以来我国经济发展的各个历史时期。这个经历使他对职工教育工作产生了深刻的理解,尤其是在1980年3月兼任了全国职工教育管理委员会主任,开始主管和领导全国职工教育培训工作后,他便与职工教育结下了半世情缘。
