蔡巨川先生名钟济,又名济,字巨川,号易庵。1900年生于北京,1974年卒于扬州。先生是扬州印学前辈,也是当代中国印坛一重镇。先生一生刻印,年轻时学习传统,功力精深;中年所作,大多保持追仿秦汉印的基本风貌,含蕴深厚,淹雅沉著,不激不厉,自在冲容。此后含英咀华,无所不取,出以己意,形成了特有的艺术风格。我们从先生存世作品中选取一斑,供金石爱好者学习和欣赏。
Mr. Cai Juchuan Zhongji Ji, also known as Ji, the word Juchuan, No. easy Um. Born in Beijing in 1900, died in 1974 in Yangzhou. Mr. Yangzhou Indian predecessors, but also a center of contemporary China and India. Mr. engraved his life, a young learning tradition, skill skillfully; Middle made, mostly to follow the Qin and Han Dynasties India’s basic style, with deep meaning, Yanya calm, not insubordinate, free impulse.
