目的:随着医改的不断深入,社会办医起来越多,医学影像诊疗技术越来越普遍,但是医院的机房配置,防护措施,安全防护意识等达不到国家职业卫生标准,因此,在实际医疗应用中存在着很多安全隐患。方法:调查毕节市医学影像技术人员防护安全是否达到《中华人民共和国国家职业卫生标准》。结论:在发展影像技术的同时,必须遵循放射实践的正当性和防护最优化原则保障工作者、患者及周围人员的健康与安全。
OBJECTIVE: With the continuous deepening of medical reform, more and more social medical treatment will be carried out and medical imaging technologies become more and more common. However, the hospital’s equipment room configuration, protective measures and safety awareness can not meet the national occupational health standards. Therefore, There are many hidden dangers in medical applications. Methods: To investigate whether the protective safety of medical imaging technicians in Bijie meets the “National Occupational Health Standard of the People’s Republic of China”. Conclusion: While developing video technology, the health and safety of workers, patients and the surrounding people must be protected according to the legitimacy of radiation practice and the principle of optimal protection.
