未成年犯罪较之于成人犯罪有着自身特点,未成年人处在生理和心理的发展高峰,有着极强的可塑性,如果贸然将其起诉至法院定罪处罚,就永远贴上了罪犯的标签,这极不利于使其顺利回归社会。
Juvenile delinquency has its own characteristics compared with adult criminality. Juveniles are at the peak of their physical and psychological development. They are highly malleable. If they are prosecuted to the court for conviction and punishment, the juvenile will always be labeled as criminals. Very bad for its smooth return to society.
