在过去的一年多的时间里,我国蒜价大涨,绿豆、生姜等农产品价格也出现明显上涨,背离供求规律,引发公众关注。本文简要提出了抑制农产品价格猛涨的几种途径,并在此基础上,分析了我国竞争法的调整对象、反垄断法律制度和反补贴法律制度等在农业方面的适用。
Over the past year or so, the price of garlic rose sharply in our country. Prices of agricultural products such as mung beans and ginger also rose sharply, deviating from the law of supply and demand and arousing public concern. This paper briefly put forward several ways to curb the soaring prices of agricultural products, and on this basis, analyzes the application of the regulatory objects of competition law, antitrust legal system and anti-subsidy legal system in agriculture.
