目的了解门诊处方不合理用药情况,促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性的分析方法,随机抽取郑州市第七人民医院2010-01-2010-12门诊处方10 875张处方,对其中不合理用药进行归类分析。结果大多数处方用药合理,不合理用药276处,占2.54%,主要表现在用法用量不合理、溶媒选择不当和无指征使用抗菌药物。结论医院还存在一定程度的不合理用药现象,药师与医师应定期回顾性分析不合理用药原因,提高合理用药水平。
Objective To understand the unreasonable use of outpatient prescriptions and to promote rational drug use in clinics. Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to randomly select 10 875 prescriptions from the Outpatient Department of the 7th People ’s Hospital of Zhengzhou City from January to October 2010 to classify the irrational use of drugs. Results Most of the prescriptions were used in a reasonable and unreasonable manner, accounting for 2.54% of the total. Most of the prescriptions were used unreasonably, improper solvent selection and no indication for the use of antibacterials. Conclusion There is still a certain degree of irrational drug use in hospitals. Physicians and physicians should regularly retrospectively analyze the causes of irrational drug use and improve the rational use of drugs.
