本文主要论述文献资源共享原则的必然性以及几个主要方面的设想,包括宏观调控观念更新、转化,并由此提出通过重构文献资源共享体系的多种模式来实现资源共享的构想。
This article mainly discusses the inevitability of the principle of document resource sharing as well as several main ideas, including the renewal and transformation of the concept of macroeconomic regulation and control, and proposes the idea of resource sharing by reorganizing the various models of document resource sharing system.
