目的观察蜂胶体外抗阴道毛滴虫的效果。方法阴道毛滴虫体外无菌培养后,加入蜂胶溶液使其浓度为2.4mg/ ml,同时设置溶剂对照组和正常培养空白对照组,分别于0h、6h、12h和24h观察各组虫数、活率并计算活虫数。结果培养0 h、6h、12h、24h不同时间蜂胶组的虫数(万/ml)分别为50.50±2.92、16.25±2.40、12.88±0.85、11.13±1.31;活虫数(万/ml) 46.20±2.91、7.04±1.75、2.87±0.69、1.24±0.59;活率(%)91.50±3.11、43.00±6.83、22.25±5.32、11.50±5.74。空白对照组的虫数分别为43.25±8.29、39.00±13.22、55.50±18.01、81.88±22.63;活虫数37.68±7.56、36.77±12.28、50.09±17.19、79.61±22.09;活率87.00±0.82、94.50±3.51、90.00±4.32、97.25±0.96。蜂胶组与溶剂对照组以及空白对照组比较差异有显著性。结论蜂胶具有明显的体外抗阴道毛滴虫效果,培养液蜂胶浓度为2.40mg/ml时,随培养时间延长,滴虫不断减少,活率不断降低。
Objective To observe the effect of propolis against Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro. Methods After Trichomonas vaginalis was cultured in vitro, propolis was added to a concentration of 2.4 mg/ml. At the same time, solvent control group and normal culture blank control group were set up. The number of insects in each group was observed at 0h, 6h, 12h and 24h. Live rate and calculate the number of live insects. Results The number of insects in the propolis group at 0 h, 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h (10 000/ml) was 50.50±2.92, 16.25±2.40, 12.88±0.85, and 11.13±1.31, respectively; the number of live insects (10 000/ml) was 46.20± 2.91, 7.04±1.75, 2.87±0.69, 1.24±0.59; viability (%) 91.50±3.11, 43.00±6.83, 22.25±5.32, 11.50±5.74. The number of insects in the blank control group was 43.25±8.29, 39.00±13.22, 55.50±18.01, and 81.88±22.63, respectively; the number of live insects was 37.68±7.56, 36.77±12.28, 50.09±17.19, and 79.61±22.09; the live rate was 87.00±0.82, 94.50. ±3.51, 90.00±4.32, 97.25±0.96. There were significant differences between the propolis group and the solvent control group and the blank control group. Conclusion Propolis has obvious anti-T. vaginalis effect in vitro. When the propolis concentration in culture medium is 2.40 mg/ml, the trichomoniasis decreases continuously with the prolonging of culture time, and the live rate decreases continuously.
