患者女性,77岁。因患高血压病30余年,近一周感心悸、胸闷、头晕于1990年7月23日入院。临床诊断:高血压性心脏病、冠心病、病态窦房结综合征。附图A示Ⅱ、V_2导联基本心律窦性,心率平均约58次/min(窦率约75次/min),P波时间0.13s,呈双峰型,PP呈长短间歇出现,短PP略不齐,长PP基本是短PP的2倍,部分长PP的P(Ⅱ导联的P_(6、6)V_2导联的P_2)与延迟的房室交界性QRS重叠,形成干扰性房室分离。另见提早的P′-ORS-T波群
