我院自1984年10月至1989年2月采用气囊导尿管牵拉作尿道肉阜切除术共治疗尿道肉阜15例,术后效果满意,现报告如下。临床资料年龄。本组年龄最小者41岁,最大有63岁,平均47.3岁,均为已婚经产妇。临床症状:血尿13例,排尿痛5例,肿物4例,排尿障碍2例,尿道口不适2例。3例病人反复发作性尿频尿急尿痛,尿后尿道内灼烧样感,经切除后症状消失。肉阜均发生于尿道外口截石位4～8点之间。直径0.3～2cm大小,仅1例有蒂,其余14例基底均较广。肉阜表面均较光滑,颜色鲜红,极脆软,易出血。

Fu Fu are occurred in the urethra outside the mouth lithotomy position 4 to 8 points. Diameter of 0.3 ~ 2cm size, only 1 case of pedunculated, the remaining 14 cases were more broad-based. Roufu surface are smooth, bright red color, extremely crisp and soft, easy bleeding.
