肝癌与肝硬化及门静脉高压、上消化道出血之间存在密切联系。作者创立了经埋植式给药装置(IDDS)直接动态监测门静脉压力变化的新方法,并发现此方法的应用将有助于了解肝切除、肝动脉结扎或栓塞、肝动脉门静脉化疗等治疗手段对门静脉压力的影响,也有助于了解肝癌病程中门静脉压力的动态变化情况并评估继发上消化道出血的危险性。
There is a close relationship between liver cancer and cirrhosis, portal hypertension, and upper gastrointestinal bleeding. The authors created a new method for direct and dynamic monitoring of portal pressure changes using the implanted drug delivery device (IDDS), and found that the application of this method will help to understand the treatment methods such as hepatectomy, hepatic artery ligation or embolization, and hepatic artery portal vein chemotherapy. The influence of portal vein pressure also helps to understand the dynamic changes of portal vein pressure during the course of liver cancer and evaluate the risk of secondary upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
