目的探讨老年人高脂血症性胰腺炎的临床诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析我院自2000年至2007年住院的老年高脂血症性胰腺炎11例的临床资料。结果8例保守治疗痊愈;2例行手术治疗,1例合并多器官功能衰竭死亡,治愈率72.7%。结论老年高脂血症性胰腺炎病情复杂,应及早诊断、正确治疗以提高治愈率。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of hyperlipidemic pancreatitis in the elderly. Methods The clinical data of 11 elderly patients with hyperlipidemic pancreatitis hospitalized from 2000 to 2007 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Eight patients were cured with conservative treatment. Two patients underwent surgery and one patient died of multiple organ failure. The cure rate was 72.7%. Conclusion Elderly hyperlipidemic pancreatitis is complicated and should be diagnosed as soon as possible and properly treated to improve the cure rate.
