硬膜外粘连是后路腰间盘切除术的主要并发症 ,是术后症状复发的重要原因之一。透明质酸钠已应用于手外科、妇产科、眼科等手术预防术后粘连。我院于 1997年 2月～ 1999年 2月将医用透明质酸钠凝胶应用于后路腰间盘切除术预防术后粘连 ,取得很好疗效。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资
Epidural adhesions are the main complications of posterior lumbar discectomy and one of the important reasons for the recurrence of postoperative symptoms. Sodium hyaluronate has been used in hand surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology and other surgery to prevent postoperative adhesions. Our hospital from February 1997 to February 1999 the medical sodium hyaluronate gel applied to the posterior lumbar disc resection to prevent postoperative adhesions and achieved good results. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information
