在对四川灾后恢复重建跟踪审计中,成都特派办坚持以科学发展观为指导,紧紧围绕“促进灾后恢复重建工作顺利进行,确保灾后恢复重建不出重大问题”的审计目标,充分发挥审计“免疫系统”功能,积极探索和稳步推进灾后恢复重建跟踪审计工作,积累了一些经验,取得了阶段性的成果。在此,总结为以下四点意见。
