采用稠油井自偿式降粘技术解决了国内稠油超稠油开发中因粘度过高而影响产能的问题 .具体工艺是在井口设计安装了降粘设备 ,把不同比例降粘剂注入油套环形空间 ,降低了原油粘度和原油在井筒及管线的流压 ,提高了单井产量 .单井抽油时率由降粘前 80 3 %提高到 97 3 % ,降粘井周期产油量提高了 3 60t,抽油机耗电平均降低了 2 6 7% .该工艺流程简单 ,投资少 ,见效快 ,经济效益明显 .
