笔者有很多企业界的朋友。最近,常有猎头公司找笔者探寻行业前几名企业管理者的名字。开始笔者还侃侃而谈,后来发现不对,有一个笔者熟悉的国企老总不久前已成为某跨国公司的区域经理。笔者马上意识到,外企全面进入中国后,国外公司与中国企业的第一个竞争就是人力资本的竞争,是企业制度的相互较量,而现在猎头公司已经在挖国企的人力资本了。
