淮南矿业(集团)有限责任公司,1998年5月由原淮南矿务局改制为国有独资公司,1998年7月由中央直属下放安徽省管理,是全国520家大型企业集团和安徽省17家重点企业之一。现有12处生产矿井、14个子公司。被国家列为十三个亿吨级煤炭基地和六个大型煤电基地之一。
Huainan Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. was restructured into a wholly state-owned company by the former Huainan Mining Bureau in May 1998. It was administered by the Central Government directly under the administration of Anhui Province in July 1998 and is the center of 520 large-scale enterprise groups in China and 17 key projects in Anhui Province One of the enterprises. The existing 12 production mines, 14 subsidiaries. It is listed by the state as one of the 13 billion-ton coal bases and one of six large-scale coal power bases.
