某电厂卧式高压加热器投入使用后,多次发生管程换热管束爆管事故。2004年运回制造厂返修,同时调查分析缺陷产生的原因,从而提出对策:对高压加热器的运行参数要严格控制;加强对高压加热器热交换管进行定期检查;及早更换有损坏的法兰垫圈,防止被冲进高压加热器对热交换器钢管造成危害。
