“分包工程”是指在建筑施工单位签订的施工合同中,因为市场原因或工期太紧,或施工单位的资质限制,往往需要将承包工程的一部分或几部分分包给其他单位施工的分项或分部工程。因为是总包工程的一部分,一旦质量、进度得不到有效控制,就会对总承包单位的总体质量、进度和信誉带来很大的影响。如何有效地控制分包工程的质量和进度,我们认为可以从以下几方面着手。
