广东水利电力职业技术学院为提升教师创新能力,推进创新创业教育,在不断摸索与实践过程中,构建了基于科技服务平台的创新创业人才培养体系:(1)体系构建一构建进阶式创新创业人才培养体系;(2)载体先行一行企校联动搭建产教融合的科技服务平台;(3)制度驱动一创建科技服务平台与人才培养共融机制;(4)方法着力—创建“广谱+卓越”创新创业人才培养方法;(5)服务保障一创新科技服务平台服务人才培养的途径。基于科技服务平台的创新创业人才培养体系取得了一系列的实践成果。
In order to enhance teachers’ innovative ability and promote innovation and entrepreneurship education, Guangdong Water Conservancy and Power Polytechnic Institute has built an innovation and entrepreneurship training system based on science and technology service platform in the process of continuous exploration and practice: (1) Building a system and building an advanced innovation and entrepreneurship Personnel training system; (2) carrier first line of enterprises and colleges to set up linkage between production and teaching of science and technology service platform; (3) system-driven science and technology to create a platform for service and personnel training and integration mechanism; (4) method focus - to create a broad spectrum + Excellence "innovation and entrepreneurship training methods; (5) service support an innovative science and technology service platform service personnel training. Based on science and technology service platform for innovation and entrepreneurship training system has made a series of practical results.
