电机轴瓦用的含镍铜合金材料,其大致组成为铜80%、铅7%、锌3%、锡8%、镍1%、硅、铝、铁0.005%左右。欲分析其中的硅、铝、铁、镍,在缺乏合适的标样情况下,我们通过条件试验,提出了一个以铜、铅、锌、锡的氧化物为基体,应用石墨电极小孔粉末法进行测定的方法。对方法的准确度和再现性的考查以及实际分析的检验,证明该方法对于铜基合金中硅、铝、铁、镍的分析均有实用性。方法相对标准偏差为6~12%。
The nickel-copper alloy material used for motor bush is composed of 80% of copper, 7% of lead, 3% of zinc, 8% of tin, 1% of nickel, and about 0.005% of silicon, aluminum and iron. To analyze the silicon, aluminum, iron, nickel, in the absence of a suitable standard case, we through the conditions of the experiment, proposed a copper, lead, zinc, tin oxide substrate, the application of graphite electrode powder method The method of measurement is performed. The accuracy and reproducibility of the method and the test of the actual analysis prove that the proposed method is practicable for the analysis of silicon, aluminum, iron and nickel in copper-based alloys. The relative standard deviation of the method is 6 ~ 12%.
