本文简单介绍了微波四端口测量系统积分定标方法。并给出了由于波导波长并不是步长△1的整数倍时的计算公式。用该公式定标后,初步测试表明与文献[3]提供的公式相比,精度可提高15%以上。
This article briefly introduced the microwave four-port measurement system integral calibration method. The calculation formula is given when the wavelength of the waveguide is not an integral multiple of the step size. After calibrating with this formula, preliminary tests show that the accuracy can be improved by more than 15% compared with the formula provided in [3].
